Quarterly team retreats
We invest in having fun and team-building. We have weekly team lunches, regular socials and week-long retreats every quarter.
Remote work friendly
We provide a home office set-up allowance, a £1,000 remote work budget to spend a week working away, and we ask you come to the office around 2 days a week.
We subsidize your gym classes, provide 26 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays) and a £2,000 annual learning allowance.
